6th December: It’s good to have a big dream that stretches our prayers and stirs us to action. At the first Advent God dreamed big and sent us the Saviour the world needed. He also spoke specifically to a number of people in actual night-time dreams, to guide and direct them. He does the same today. Are you ready? Are you listening?

Absolutely great that this has been brought to the fore. Joel prophesises, “Your old men shall dream dreams” Joel 2:28 in this season of the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. Matthew reminds us of big dreams. I am reminded of Martin Luther King’s dream speech. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3vDWWy4CMhE . Well how about a big dream that there will be an outpouring of the Holy Spirit in York in 2019 the like of which we have never seen before. Do any of us have this dream on our hearts? Yes, we do. Can this happen? Of course it can!
